U.K.-based Red Rhino Crushers has introduced the Red Rhino 5000 Series Mini Crusher, a single toggle jaw crusher with an output of 15-20 tons per hour.
The hydraulic adjustment/reverse lever of the jaws allows for the quick release of jammed material and adjustment of product size, according to a company press release. Jaw plates are made of 14 percent manganese steel. Tracks are rubber and controlled by an umbilical cord for safe loading, unloading and tracking. A hydraulic oil cooler is fitted to ensure longer life of hydraulic equipment, the company states.
Dust suppression, by means of fine water spray nozzles using standard domestic hose pressure,is standard. Red Rhino describes the output conveyor as simple in design with a molded belt providing strength and durability.
An optional conveyor-mounted screener is available for the separation of dust and topsoil from the crushing process.
There are two emergency stop buttons located on either side of the machine, and the front inspection cover is fitted with a cut-off switch. The engine cover is lockable and a central greasing point is fitted.
