R. Baker & Son has announced that 2008 year marked the company’s fifth year of non-recordable OSHA incidents.
During the year, R. Baker & Son amassed 212,896 work hours without an OSHA recordable incident / accident. These man hours were worked on projects ranging from complicated heavy machinery rigging projects to technical building demolition and decommissioning projects on active facilities. Each project was staffed with a site safety officer who enforced the R. Baker & Son corporate Health and Safety Plan as well as client specific safety standards and, of course, all OSHA and ANSI standards.
