The Portland Cement Association (PCA) has named Jim Niehoff as director of residential construction programs.
Niehoff, who previously served as program manager for residential promotion, has raised awareness of residential applications of cement-based systems for the past decade.
In his new role, he will oversee all PCA activities to expand the use of cement-based products in residential construction and will assure coordination with national material allies. In addition, Niehoff will have an active role in the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Concrete Home Building Council.
While at PCA, Niefhoff has been the media spokesperson for the residential department and was the liaison for the NAHB and the New American Home program. He is an active member of the Insulating Concrete Form Association and currently serves on its Board of Directors and as chair of its Promotions Committee.
