The 5163 is a smaller, more economical version of the 800-ton-per-hour Horizon 6203.
The triple shaft mechanism creates an aggressive screening action and can be adjusted to give a range of amplitudes and G-forces. The operator can easily change the rate of material flow over the screen—faster for higher tonnages or slower for increased screening action and cleaner end products with materials that are harder to separate.
