Powerscreen has introduced the Chieftain 2100X, an upgrade on the Chieftain 2100.
The screen is available as a two and three deck and has a 14 percent greater bottom deck screen area to provide greater screening capability.
The unit can be set up in less than 30 minutes, according to the manufacturer.
The Chieftain 2100X features an adjustable high amplitude 2-bearing screen action, which can expose materials to varying amplitudes and G force, which helps separate material into various required specifications. In addition, the hydraulic screen angle adjustment permits the material travel rate over the screen deck to vary, which helps achieve a cleaner product.
The oversize auxiliary stockpile conveyor hydraulically folds and transports with the plant, eliminating the need for assisted lifting devices. The 2100X has walkways on three sides for easy maintenance.
