Powerscreen & Terex Pegson to Display Mobile Cone Crusher at ConExpo

Manufacturers will display model 1000SR cone crusher at the March event.

Along with the XZ750 jaw, the XV350 vertical shaft impactor and the XH250 horizontal impactor crusher, Powerscreen & Terex Pegson will also display its 1000SR Mobile Cone crusher with exclusive Automax all-in-feed design at ConExpo-Con/Agg.

The SR1000 features a 5-inch-by-11-inch two-deck sizing screen, input conveyor/hopper, product conveyors and oversize return conveyor on a single chassis.

The plant is engineered for high specification, flexibility and up to 240 tph with high mobility and low operating costs.  Normally no pre-screening is required.  Dust suppression sprays, Miltronics level probe sensor to achieve choke feeding and metal detector are standard.

The Automax design can effectively utilize greater engine power and low friction loss.  The all-in-feed process is designed to maximize throughput and production, optimize shape and minimize wear in secondary, tertiary and quaternary applications.

To maximize service life and product flow, minimize friction loss, eliminate bowl bounce and simplify maintenance, Automax crushers do not use plain bearings, bronze bushings or bronze bearing seat; there are no accumulators for tramp metal release, and no spider bearing above the cone head.

On-board conveyors include feed, product, fines, top deck, side transfer, recirculating and optional bottom side transfer to optional stockpiler.  The plant can be moved on level ground with all conveyors in operating position.

ConExpo-Con/Agg will be March 11-15, 2008, in Las Vegas. More information is available at www.terexcs.com and www.conexpoconagg.com.
