The state of Pennsylvania Attorney General’s office has filed a criminal complaint against two men for illegally dumping demolition material at facilities that were not permitted to accept the material. The AG’s office filed the complaint Feb. 10th through the Mifflin County, PA, District Court has filed a criminal complaint against two men for illegally dumping demolition material at locations that were not permitted to accept the material.
The men, Daniel Royer and Earl Tabb, each face multiple charges for disposing of demolition material at properties located in Granville Township, PA.
The District Court will hold the hearing on the case March 9. In its case, the Attorney General’s office has filed three misdemeanor complaints against Earl Tabb for illegally transporting and disposing of the material. He also was charged with illegally storing the demolition material without first obtaining a permit from the state of Pennsylvania.
Daniel Royer, the other defendant, was charged with five misdemeanor charges.
According to the criminal complaint the two men engaged in the dumping between 2002 and last year.
