Oshkosh Truck Acquires Canadian Concrete Mixer Manufacturer

The Oshkosh Truck Corp., Oshkosh, Wis., has announced its acquisition of concrete mixer manufacturer London Machinery Inc.

Based in London, Ontario, Canada, London Machinery will operate as wholly owned subsidiary of its new parent company.

Oshkosh manufactures specialty trucks and truck bodies for the concrete placement, refuse hauling, fire and defense markets.
