The Oregon Department of Environmental Quality is calling for written comments on Marion having a renewal of Resource Recovery Facility, LLC’s existing solid waste material recovery permit for 10 years. The facility is located in Salem, Ore.
The facility receives dry loads of construction & demolition material, as well as industrial solid waste. The facility also receives source-separated recyclables from the public.
According to the Oregon DEQ the facility is in compliance with its existing permit and has no recorded complaints or permit problems.
