OM Offers Apollo Plus

Italian equipment maker will bring new jaw crusher to ConExpo.

Italy’s Officine Meccaniche di Ponzano Veneto S.p.a. (OM) will introduce its Apollo Plus crusher to the North American market at ConExpo-Con/Agg in Las Vegas in March.

 

The company describes the Apollo Plus as containing the following features and upgrades:

 

  • a power increase with a Caterpillar C 9 motor
  • a larger feed opening of 44 inches by 30 inches
  • increases in both size and efficiency of the independent pre-screener to reach up to 100 percent removal of fines
  • dramatic reduction in noise;
  • a heavy and robust jaw “designed for the most brutal hard rock around”
  • upgraded, electronics, hydraulics and mechanical systems “fine tuned to guarantee the highest level of safety and output”
  • easy accessibility and room for maintenance
  • “extraordinary” reduced fuel consumption.

 

The company will have the machine on display at Booth S-532 in the Silver Lot of ConExpo-Con/Agg.
