Superior, Wisconsin-based OilQuick’s quick coupler system is made for excavators and allows hydraulic work tools to be connected and disconnected from the driver’s cab.
The operator can change between tools, such as a hydraulic hammer, steel or concrete shears, sorting grapple, hydraulic magnet, compactor, sorting bucket, tilt bucket or tiltrotator, within a few seconds, the company says. With a couple made of high-grade steel, the OilQuick quick coupler is designed so the mounting frame can be adjusted to fit most excavators in the weight class. An H-cylinder with double-house brake valves is designed to continuously readjust the locking bolts at full pressure system.
The hose couplings are connected automatically and the coupler is designed to securely lock the attachment in place with one cylinder movement. The quick couplers are fitted with leak-free oil quick couplings, which are eco-friendly.
Attachment adapters include mechanical, hydraulic, an adapter for pendling attachments and a hydraulic bolt-on adapter.
