The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency will be holding an information session May 22. The goal of the meeting is to accept comments on water quality impacts associated with a proposal from Bradley Road Inc. to expand its Bradley Road construction and demolition landfill and reclamation center in Cleveland.
The discharge proposed by the application will not exceed chemical-specific water quality standards that protect aquatic life and human health.
The EPA will accept written comments on the application through the end of this month. People interested in submitting comments can contact the EPA at the following: Ohio DEPA, Division of Surface Water, Permits Processing Unit, PO Box 1049, Columbus, OH 43216-1049.
