The topic of the National Recycling Coalition (NRC) December webinar is “Wood Recovery and Recycling” and will feature David Zwicky, president of Fleetwood, Pennsylvania-based Zwicky Processing & Recycling.
The webinar will take place Tuesday, Dec. 15, from 1:30 to 2:45 p.m. Eastern Time. According to NRC, topics covered will include landfill diversion and the recovery and reuse of wood from the municipal, construction and demolition (C&D) and residual waste streams.
Also covered, says the Washington-based NRC, will be “the processing technologies utilized to convert these materials into useable products, including clean burning biomass fuel used to generate electrical energy and produce heat for various manufacturing processes.”
