Pennsylvania-based New Holland Agriculture and Construction has announced the appointment of Francesca Vaughn as its new brand marketing communications manager, effective Tuesday, May 31, 2016. Vaughn will be responsible for overall brand, product segment and channel marketing communications, in addition to management of creative agencies and vendors in North America.

Francesca Vaughn received a bachelor's degree in English from Immaculata University, Immaculata, Pennsylvania. She most recently served as marketing communications manager at CertainTeed Corp., Malvern, Pennsylvania. She also has served several marketing communications and product marketing roles at Armstrong World Industries, where she developed and executed multifaceted marketing programs and campaigns to promote the company’s flooring products to retail, dealer and consumer markets.
