The International Construction and Utility Equipment Exposition (ICUEE) has introduced several new features in the 2005 show, which will be Sept. 27-29, at the Kentucky Fair and Exposition Center in Louisville, Ky.
New to the ICUEE, also known as the Demo Expo, will be a new product display, VIP day, expanded education and show hours and interactive planning tools on the show’s Web site.
In response to a 2003 survey that revealed 70 percent of ICUEE attendees come specifically to see new products, this year, the show’s organizers have created a special exhibit for companies to display new products.
Also new in 2005 is VIP Day, designated as the third and final day of the event. On VIP Day, exhibitors will conduct special promotional giveaways to attendees and ICUEE will offer incentives to top attendees and first-timers.
Show hours have been extended within the traditional three-day event period: 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sept. 27 and 28, and 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sept. 29.
Attendees can pre-plan their time on site using new interactive tools on the ICUEE Web site. Site visitors can access a variety of information about exhibitors and visit digital booths. Using the “My Expo” feature, attendees can customize a list of exhibitors to see while at the show and download a floor plan of booth locations.
