Moley Magnetics Adds to Sales Staff

Moley Magnetics,an equipment company based in Lockport, N.Y., has hired Vaughn Ali as manager of for its Southeast territory. Ali will be responsible for the sales and dealer relations for the company’s line of shears, magnets, generator systems, concrete pulverizers and grapples in Southeast and Texas. 

 

Ali has more than 22 years of experience in the equipment industry, including stints with Linder Industrial Machinery and Company Wrench. Additionally, Ali spent the last eight years in the metals recycling and construction and demolition industries working for First Coast Recycling, based in Palatka, Fla. 

 

According to Moley Magnetics, Ali has background in sales, management and business development. “As a buyer working for a scrap metal recycler I know what the customer is talking about in regards to what they are processing,” Ali says. He also points out as a former scrap metal buyer he appreciates the urgent need to have functioning equipment for equipment with an industry that has seen some sharp price fluctuations.

 

In addition to selling the company’s line of equipment Ali also will look to build Moley’s dealer network in the South. At the present time Moley’s market region is primarily in the Northeast and Canada.

 

According to Moley Magnetics, Vaughn’s experience as buyer/broker for a scrap metal dealer gives him the unique understanding of both a customer and supplier.
