Moley Magnetics Inc., Lockport, New York, has announced that Josh Quant has joined the company as its Northeast territory sales manager to further develop its portfolio of local and regional accounts.
Quant is highly experienced in the recycling industry, according to the company. He comes to Moley Magnetics with more than 10 years’ experience managing operations in manufacturing and recycling. His previous experiences, in corporate and plant roles, include management of production, quality, sales and supply.
Moley says Quant enjoys the challenge of problem solving and creating positive change, adding that his proven ability to work under pressure and lead change while being a positive influence on culture and results will be a great benefit to the company.
Quant has an MBA in strategic management from Niagara University.
