Michigan Concrete Recycling Facility to Relocate

Company will build a new 8,000-square-foot-facility.

City planners in Grand Rapids, Mich., have given approval to the relocation plan for a concrete recycling facility, according to a report in the Grand Rapids Press.

The facility is owned by Developers Inc. and stores and crushes used pavement. The company will build an 8,000-square-foot-facility at its new site.

It will also build two 20-foot-high berms as a buffer and enclose the property in a bowl-like structure to reduce dust and noise, according to the report.
