The Township Zoning Board of Appeals in Ada Township, Mich., has voted to uphold two zoning violations against a concrete crushing and recycling operation, according to a report in the Grand Rapids Press. (Grand Rapids, Mich.).
The operation, owned by Edith Pettis, has been cited for operating illegally and not meeting 1967 zoning requirements, according to the report.
