Helsinki, Finland-based Metso, a manufacturer of mining and aggregate processing equipment, has appointed Eeva Sipilä, chief financial officer (CFO), as deputy to the CEO through its Board of Directors, effective immediately. Sipilä has served as Metso's CFO since Aug. 1, 2016.
Former deputy to CEO, Harri Nikunen, will continue in his current position as senior vice president of mergers and acquisitions and special projects.
