McClosky Expands Distributor Network

Neuenhauser Inc. expands its distribution of McCloskey equipment.

Neuenhauser Inc. of Greer, S.C., has become a distributor for McCloskey International, based in Peterborough, Ontario.

Paschal McCloskey, president and founder of the McCloskey line of trommels, vibratory screeners, stacking conveyors and picking stations, has named Neuenhauser as exclusive distributor in Maryland and Delaware.

With 25 years experience in equipment service to the textile industry, Neuenhauser turned its attention to the environmental and aggregate markets two years ago under the direction of company president Philip Riddle.

"Starting basically with no customers and no direct experience in this industry," Riddle recalls, "we managed to quickly establish a strong presence in our target sales territories."

Neuenhauser's relationship with McCloskey began with service to seven states ranging from Kentucky to northern Florida. Now with a growing customer base in the region and an emerging track record for repeat sales, the distributor's effort has been rewarded with more territory.

"While the crushing and screening businesses were new to us, we knew and understood very well what it takes to succeed in the equipment business. We began by adding good sales associates and good parts service staff, by investing well in our parts inventory and by simply staying in touch with our customers."

According to Paschal McCloskey, "Neuenhauser gives us a great service team in the field; very solid equipment people with the work ethic to keep customers producing and profitable. We're very proud to have them on board and growing."

Neuenhauser Inc. was formed through the merger of Sourcing Services International, Neuenhauser Automation Inc. and Neuenhauser Crushing, Screening & Composting Equipment. Neuenhauser distributes McClosky equipment in Maryland, Delaware, West Virginia, Virginia, Kentucky, Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia and northern Florida.

McCloskey International Ltd. designs and manufactures trommel screeners, vibrating screeners, stacking conveyors and picking stations.
