The equipment company McCloskey International, Peterborough, Ontario, has announced that one of its dealers, Rock and Recycling Solutions, headquartered in Devens, Massachusetts, has been acquired by Brendan Fox and Mike Lanchanski, both long-time industry veterans.
Fox has more than 25 years of experience in the industry, while Lanchanski is a long-time McCloskey Crushing and Screening sales specialist in the New England market.
Rock and Recycling Solutions will offer new and used equipment across multiple applications, including construction and demolition, waste management, recycling and aggregates.

Rock and Recycling will serve as the full service McCloskey International dealer throughout Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine. The company offers road service, parts and service and knowledgeable sales specialists.
“Rock and Recycling’s place in our dealer network continues to reinforce our presence in the northeast United States,” says John O’Neill, vice president of sales for McCloskey. “The team have the in-the-field experience and relationships with customers to provide excellent sales and support for our product lines.”
