The S130 is one of McCloskey’s newest range of vibratory track mounted screeners and is designed to meet the demands of operators who require more screening capacity than a 10-foot or 11-foot screen box can offer.
Operators served by the S130 include aggregate quarrying, crusher/screen combination circuits, sand and gravel and coal screening.
A Fayette County, Texas, sand and gravel operation was the first to use the new McCloskey S130 Vibratory Screen. The end user loading with a front end loader with a 7-yard bucket was producing sand and gravel at a production rate of more than 300 tons per hour, according to a news release from the manufacturer.
The S130 has a screen surface area of 130 square feet (14 feet by 5 feet top deck plus 12 feed by 5 feet bottom deck).
More information about the S130 and the rest of the McCloskey product line is available at www.mccloskeyinternational.com.
