McCloskey International has introduced a new vibratory flatdeck screening system designed for high-volume aggregate producers.
The S190 screener features a 5-foot by 20-foot screening box engineered to allow steep screening angles. The screener also has five settings for the screen box angle ranging from 20 to 30 degrees.
The screen box has an adjustable vibration stroke from 6 mm up to 10 mm, and the shaft speed is adjustable from 950 to 1,130 rpm.
The S190’s “travel-out” guarded walkways are fixed in place and require no folding or disassembly for transport, according to a news release from the company. The plant is also available as a tri-axle wheeled model.
The plant is powered by a 125-hp Caterpillar engine. The 10.5 cubic yard hopper is equipped with a remote controlled tipping grid. Options include a lengthened 13.5 cubic yard high capacity hopper and a heavy-duty live head.
