Maurer adds to sales staff

Maurer Manufacturing, a Spencer, Iowa-based manufacturer of trailers for the scrap recycling industry, has hired Tom Jansen as a territory manager to represent the company’s line of scrap recycling trailers throughout the continental United States.

Jansen comes to the company with 14 years of sales experience, including the past seven years directly related to the scrap recycling industry.

The company says that the growth in its scrap business required the company to add a dedicated team member to focus on this region.
