City officials of Brockton, Mass., have announced plans to consider hiring a consultant to monitor the operations of Champion City Recovery, according to a report in the Brockton Enterprise (Brockton, Mass.).
According to the report, the construction and demolition debris facility has been under scrutiny following complaints from neighbors about excessive dust and truck traffic.
