Mass. Town Denies Permit for Concrete Plant

Framingham, Mass., zoning board nixes permit application.

The Zoning Board of Appeals of Framingham, Mass., has denied Boston Sand & Gravel a special permit for a concrete plant the company had hoped to operate in town, according to a report in the MetroWest Daily News (Framingham, Mass.).

 

Two members of the ZBA voted against the proposed two-story plant while the third member voted to approve it, according to the report.
