“I am excited about this opportunity,” Piper says. “I am confidant that with the support of JCB and the talented team at Low Country Machinery, we can take this business to the next level.”
Piper, who has more than 20 years of experience in the construction equipment industry, joins Low Country Machinery from JCB’s North American headquarters, where he served as vice president of national accounts. During his tenure at JCB, Piper helped cultivate vital business relationships and implemented strategic customer-focused initiatives that have been critical to JCB’s success in the area of national accounts.
Piper replaces Dusty Zeigler, who decided to step down as president of Low Country Machinery to pursue other interests.
“Rick has always had a strong focus responding to the needs of the business and identifying ways of enhancing the customer experience,” John Patterson, CEO of JCB Inc., says. “
