Longboard Architectural Products' manufacturing process for its building products has attained International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001 and 14001 certifications for its environmental and quality management systems.

“Both ISO 9001 and 14001 certifications require rigorous assessments by third-party bodies, symbolizing Longboard’s unwavering commitment to quality management, environmental responsibility and sustainable practices,” the Abbotsford, British Columbia-based company says.

Longboard manufactures extruded architectural aluminum products that it says distinguishes itself in the marketplace by expertly intertwining innovation, sustainability and quality in the creation of its architectural products.

The company says all its products are 100 percent recyclable, and the ISO certifications join other third-party certifications and standards it has attained, including certain ASTM standards and ULC standards.

Longboard's extruded aluminum profiles it makes in North America are offered in a versatile palette of wood grain, solid color, specialty and custom powder-coat finishes to cater to both interior and exterior design requirements.
