Kolberg-Pioneer Inc. (KPI-JCI), Yankton, S.D., has announced the promotion of Jeff May to the position of vice president of operations.
In this position, May will be responsible for the management of KPI-JCI’s day-to-day operations and strategic planning, according to a news release from the company. In addition, May will continue in his role as controller for the company and as manager of the accounting and IT departments and their staffs.
”Jeff is a natural fit for the vice president of operations position,” says Kolberg-Pioneer President Joe Vig. “He has a great understanding of our whole product line and our processes. He works well with our dealers and will be a major support in our day-to-day activities.”
May has been with KPI-JCI for 14 years. Prior to that he worked for an Iowa manufacturer in a similar capacity.
