Komptech to Showcase Equipment at IFAT

Komptech, a German-based supplier of shredders and screening technology with a U.S. division Komptech USA based in Erie, Colo., has plans to demonstrate a variety of equipment at the IFAT 2008 International Trade Fair for Water, Sewage, Refuse and Recycling.

The event will be May 4-9, 2008, at the exhibition center in Munich, Germany. More than 200 exhibitors from 36 countries are expected.

Komptech will be showing mobile and stationary machines, including the Terminator XF shredder, single-shaft Rasor 5400 post-shredder and the Topturn X67 compost turning machine.

The VDMA “biomass treatment” demo days are running concurrently with IFAT, where Komptech will demonstrate the use of the Chippo 500 and starscreen machines Multistar L3 and M2.
