Kirby-Smith Machinery Inc., based in Oklahoma City, has announce that former Territory Manager Paul Bell has been promoted to the position of north Texas area manager. Bell will be responsible for branch operations at the Dallas, Fort Worth and Abilene, Texas, locations.
Bell joined Kirby-Smith Machinery in May 2014 as a territory manager in the Fort Worth branch, bringing with him more than 24 years of experience in the heavy equipment industry. Prior to joining Kirby-Smith, Bell served as the branch manager for Southeastern Equipment in the Fort Wayne, Indiana, office. Previous to that, he was the operations manager for three Indiana locations, as well as serving as a specialist for paving products in all locations in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky and Michigan.
“Paul will continue to increase our mutual success for all with his enthusiasm, history of customer care and a background in parts, service, sales and rental,” says David Cooper, vice president and general manager of the southern division of Kirby-Smith Machinery. “We congratulate Paul on this promotion and support him on his new position with Kirby-Smith.”
