Keestrack N.V., a manufacturer of tracked mobile screening plants based in Belgium, has announced that it has acquired a major of Italy-based OMTrack s.r.l., a manufacturer of tracked mobile crushers. The companies have announced they will begin joint operations.
Both companies say they see their market position strengthened by combining their product lines of mobile screens and mobile crushers. According to a Keestrack news release, the company is “adding the well-established and proven mobile crusher line of OM to their product line.” Both companies are maintaining their dealer/distributor networks worldwide.
“The new, more complete, product line allows a further expansion of the already existing dealer/distributor network,” according to Keestrack.
