John Deere Announces Acquisition

Deere & Co. acquires ReGen Technologies Inc.

Deere & Co., Moline, Ill., has announced its acquisition of ReGen Technologies Inc., a remanufacturing company located in Springfield, Mo. Deere had already owned 50 percent of the business.
