JCB adds Peak Equipment as Dealer

Utah-based Peak JCB will provide JCB products and service to western U.S.

JCB, a United Kingdom-based equipment maker with its North American headquarters in Savannah, Georgia, has announced Peak JCB as a new dealer based in West Valley City, Utah.

Peak JCB will offer a variety of equipment including backhoe, track and wheel loaders; rough terrain forklifts; compactors; hydraulic excavators; and skid steers, according to a JCB news release.

Established as Thermo King Intermountain in 1944 by Warren E. Pugh, Peak JCB is a family-run business that provides service, support and products to customers primarily in the construction and agricultural industries. Today, Warren’s grandsons Tim and Jim Pugh are responsible for the company’s day-to-day operations.

“We’re thrilled to offer our loyal customers some of the best-selling construction equipment available by expanding our business to partner with the world’s third largest equipment manufacturer,” says Rod Miller, general manager of Peak JCB.

“Peak JCB has an excellent reputation of over 40 years of superior service, support, and customer satisfaction,” says Dallas Reeves, JCB North America’s vice president of sales. “The company’s customer support doesn’t stop after the initial sale, that’s when it begins. Combining this passion for individualized care with JCB’s innovative, award-winning products makes Peak JCB an excellent choice for equipment solutions.”
