Indian Company Orders Second Rockster Recycler Crusher

M/S Popular Construction plans to crush 2 million tons of material in 2011.

India-based, M/S Popular Construction has ordered the second Rockster crusher at the exhibition BC India in Mumbai. The company purchased its first Rockster R900 Impact crusher with Duplex system in November 2010.

M/S Popular Construction, a division of Popular Infra Resources, is crushing in four locations. The company had set a target to reach two million tons crushed by the end of 2011 and plan to expand their activities to eight locations.

The company says it located Rockster Rockster, an Austrian specialist in mobile crushing and screening machinery, by searching for a manufacturer of innovative, cost effective and compact crushers.

“Rockster is offering the only mobile crusher in the world having the Duplex system, which allows us to switch over from Impact to Jaw crusher or vice versa in less than 3 hours in site condition,” Mahesh says.

The hydrostatic drive system allows clockwise as well as left-handed rotation of the crusher and therefore the both units (impact and jaw) can be exchanged on the same base frame. This guaranties a quick and efficient adaptation to individual material requirements.

Rockster Austria has a direct presence in India with its subsidiary, Rockster Recycler India PVT. Ltd. in Bangalore which includes a spare parts wear house at site, after sales service support, local assembly and step by step manufacturing program of some of its products. This distribution and service centre is managed and handled by Niyogi Subhash, who has more than 20 years of experience as well as other industry experts.

“Additional to the experienced service experts in India, the experts from Austria are also available on call at short notice to support our operation as well when required. Therefore we have the technician of Rockster Austria here together with his local engineers to guide and train our staff on the new ordered machine,” Mahesh says.

Mahesh ordered the second Rockster R900 Impact crusher directly at Bauma ConExpo India (BC India). “We have found the right partner for our crushing and screening equipment for a long term business relation, as we are highly satisfied with the service and after sales offered by Rockster and the high quality and performances of the machines,” Mahesh says.
