Plans to build a concrete batch plant and storage area have been approved by the Twin Falls, Idaho, City Council to provide concrete for the U.S. Highway 93 extension project, according to a report in the Times-News (Twin Falls, Idaho).
The City Council passed an emergency ordinance on July 18 so that the plant could be built.
