Hyundai has announced that its Hyundai Construction Equipment U.S.A., Inc., division has changed its corporate name to Hyundai Construction Equipment Americas Inc. President of the division is John Lim.
Late last year, HCEUSA's parent company, Hyundai Heavy Industries, expanded the HCEUSA’s operational reach to cover all of North, Central and South America. The name change reflects the expansion of the company’s coverage to all the Americas.
“The official name change better reflects our expanded operations in all of the Americas. There are still some small hurdles to overcome as there are with any expansion, but we feel the heavy lifting is behind us and we are well on our way,” says Kirk Gillette, vice president of Hyundai Construction Equipment Americas Inc.
