Longtime HD Hyundai Construction Equipment North America dealer Tracey Road Equipment has expanded its previous service area in New York and eastern Pennsylvania and added locations in Pittsburgh, Du Bois and Erie, Pennsylvania.
The dealership group, which began operations in Syracuse, New York, in 1976, specializes in heavy trucks and equipment.
“We are now able to provide sales, parts and service to customers across all of northern, central and western Pennsylvania,” says Christine Tracey Julka, vice president at Tracey Road Equipment.
“Hyundai is a primary equipment brand for us. By carrying the full line of Hyundai construction equipment, we have machines for each of our different customer bases. Hyundai’s aftermarket support and training for our people is tremendous and really helps us with our customer relationships.”
Tracey Julka says her father, Jerry Tracey, built the growing dealership network from the ground up and remains active in every aspect of the business.
“At Tracey Road, the customer has come first from Day 1,” she says. “We have great business and personal relationships with our customers, and we bring that same spirit and commitment to our business operations in Pennsylvania.”
HD Hyundai Construction Equipment North America is based in Norcross, Georgia, and offers crawler excavators, wheeled excavators, wheel loaders, articulated dump trucks, skid steer and compact track loaders and hydraulic breakers to the North American market.
“We are happy that Hyundai customers in Pennsylvania will receive the same exceptional service and support as Tracey Road customers in New York," says Brian Slavinski, HD Hyundai Construction Equipment North America’s Northeast district manager.
