HydrauliCircuit Technology (HCT), a McDonough, Georgia-based manufacturer of custom- designed excavator hydraulic kits, excavator guards and coupler kits, says it is finding a receptive market for its products in the demolition, metals recycling, construction and forestry sectors.

HCT says it partners with original equipment manufacturer (OEM), dealers and attachment manufacturers in the United States, Canada, Mexico and South America.

The company quotes a representative from equipment rental firm Acme Flex (formerly Acme Lift Co.), Scottsdale, Arizona, as saying, “HCT excavator guards are very easy to install and they swing open to clean the windows when needed. The appearance is awesome and sitting in the seat, you are still able to see all around the machine.”

According to HCT, Acme Flex recently purchased 20 HCT excavator guards, with the Acme employee adding, “They are great products and we look forward to installing more. We are thankful for HCT’s support.”

HCT says its product line works with a wide range of attachments used in the recycling and demolition sectors, including hammers, thumbs, grapples and shears.

The company says all of its products are designed to integrate seamlessly with each make and model of excavator while reducing downtime and potentially costly installation errors.

In addition to what it calls its standard excavator hydraulic kits, HCT says its sales and in-house applications team works closely with clients to develop application-specific solutions.

Thus, says the company, it is “constantly expanding its manufacturing capacity and investing in new technologies to stay ahead of evolving industry needs.”

HCT says its product support representatives include technicians with backgrounds working for OEMs including Komatsu, Deere, Hitachi, Caterpillar and Kobelco. “They are skilled and proficient in research and development, installation and design,” says HCT of its staff members.

In McDonough, outside of Atlanta, HCT operates from what it calls a state-of-the-art 40,000-square-foot facility that includes installation bays and a manufacturing area.
