Hilti, a demolition equipment manufacturer based in Tulsa, Okla., has introduced its TE DRS-B dust removal system. According to the company, the system clips easily onto all recent Hilti demolition hammers and combi-hammers, with no screwdriver needed, and reduces the operator’s exposure to dust when using the equipment.
The company says the TE DRS-B also features a unique inner ring that prevents the intake of large pieces of concrete or other materials that could block the system and a two-chamber air-flushing system that collects and removes dust.
According to the company, the new system works with Hilti combi-hammers (TE 50, TE 56, TE 60, TE 70, and TE 80) as well as Hilti Breakers (TE 500, TE 706-AVR, TE 805, and TE 905-AVR).
