Hilti, a demolition equipment manufacturer based in Tulsa, Okla., has introduced its TE DRS-B dust removal system. According to the company, the system clips easily onto all recent Hilti demolition hammers and combi-hammers, with no screwdriver needed, and reduces the operator’s exposure to dust when using the equipment.
The company says the TE DRS-B also features a unique inner ring that prevents the intake of large pieces of concrete or other materials that could block the system and a two-chamber air-flushing system that collects and removes dust.
According to the company, the new system works with Hilti combihammers (TE 50, TE 56, TE 60, TE 70, and TE 80) as well as Hilti Breakers (TE 500, TE 706-AVR, TE 805, and TE 905-AVR).
