John Deere Construction & Forestry Co., Moline, Ill., has introduced a High Visibility Coupler.
“The hooks are farther apart, in line with the boom arms and higher on the bucket,” says David O’Keefe, product marketing manager of John Deere Construction & Forestry Co. “This opens up an areas in the middle to give a much larger sight line to the operator.”
According to the company, the design of the Hi-Vis coupler also allows the attachment to mount closer to the machine for increased stability and enhanced breakout performance.
Coupler sizes include the 444J, 544J and 624J Z-Bar and Powerllel models. Buckets that work with this coupler include 2.0, 2.5, 3.0 and 3.5 cubic yard hook-on versions. Fork frames are either 60 or 90 inches wide, with 48 and 60-inch fork tines and an optional backrest for each size.
