Newport News, Virginia-based Liebherr Construction Equipment Co. has announced that three of GT Mid Atlantic’s New Jersey locations are now carrying its full range of construction equipment. Costumers are able to purchase Liebherr crawler loaders and dozers, excavators, wheel loaders and material handlers at the Vineland, Freehold and Totowa branches.
“Liebherr is a proven brand that delivers quality equipment and we are ecstatic to sell and service their quality machines at our locations in New Jersey,” remarks GT Mid Atlantic President and COO Pat Sherwood. “Liebherr produces a wide variety of machines specifically designed for excavation, material handling, scrap, demolition, heavy highway construction and utility work.”

Justin Howard, product and technical specialist, and Bill Barry, vice president and general manager of New Jersey operations, along with factory trained service technicians, are key to this development for GT Mid Atlantic, according to a news release.
“We are very excited to offer another high quality and specialized product to our customers,” Barry says. “Between the excellent team we have built and the supreme quality of Liebherr, we know that our customers will not only benefit from this addition to GT Mid Atlantic, they will profit.”
GT Mid Atlantic sells, services and rents construction and road building machines and equipment in Maryland, New Jersey, Delaware and the Philadelphia area. The company carries about 20 top brands of equipment and is an entity of Groff Tractor Holdings.
