The U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) is hosting its 2004 Greenbuild International Conference & Expo in Portland, Ore., in November.
Exhibit space at the event, being held Nov. 8-13 at the Oregon Convention Center, has been sold out since early July, according to the USGBC.
The event has been well received since its inception in 2002, growing in numbers of attendees and exhibitors for last fall’s show in Pittsburgh, and seemingly on track for more growth for this year’s event.
Educational sessions will run throughout the week of the event, with topics including financing green building projects; comparing international green building techniques; marketing green building projects; creating long-term value from green projects; and commercial and residential green remodeling and renovation.
