Genesis Attachments, Superior, Wis., has announced two personnel appointments in the company’s southwest region. Blaine Archibald has been named regional sales manager, and Tim Preston has been named regional service technician.
Archibald will call on customers in Colorado, Utah, Nevada, California. Arizona, New Mexico and Hawaii. He holds a master’s degree and is working on a doctorate in a non-equipment related field, which brings a unique perspective to Genesis’ sales effort.
Taking the newly-established position of regional service technician marks the return of Tim Preston to Genesis. One of the company’s premier shop floor personnel involved in final assembly, Preston left Genesis in 2005 to pursue other interests. In his new position, he will be handling attachment repairs, maintenance training, new delivery product training and dealer training. He will also be available for customer pay services for both repair and maintenance.
