General Kinematics’ FINGER-SCREEN FreeFlow™ is an evolution of our proven FINGER-SCREEN™ technology. Its open-deck design allows for an unobstructed screening deck and side-mounted components permit problematic materials to fall freely, preventing obstructions and maintaining smooth operation.
Without a bottom pan or overhead drives, the screening deck is completely unobstructed, which makes cleaning the deck of wet and sticky materials like dirt and fines a breeze. Our new design moves all the machinery components out to the sides of the machine, giving unparalleled maintenance access. The FINGER-SCREEN FreeFlow™ also utilizes GK’s swaged-end DURO-SPRINGS™, designed for the highest strokes in the industry and effortless replacement compared to traditional pigtail springs. Not only does this make the spring hardware easier to get to, but there’s no longer a need for extremely high torques.
For C&D recycling operators who need reliability, efficiency and less downtime, the FINGER-SCREEN FreeFlow™ is built to deliver. Get more done, keep material moving and reduce jams and maintenance.
