Gershman, Brickner & Bratton Inc. (GBB), a solid waste management consultant firm based in Fairfax, Va., has announced that Christopher A. Lund has been promoted to vice president.
“Chris has been a key and valuable member of the GBB Guam Receivership Project Team," says Harvey W. Gershman, GBB president. "He will continue to be closely involved with the engineering, construction and management aspects of the Guam Receivership assignment and, in his new role as vice president, he will have increased responsibilities using his diversified engineering background to contribute to the firm's expansion."
Lund graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in civil and environmental engineering. Prior to the promotion, Lund worked for six years at the Guam Environmental Protection Agency, 11 years with Dames & Moore/URS and most recently more than a year with Bowman Consulting Group. His solid waste management experience includes the performance portions of feasibility studies, planning, design and construction management. Lund has worked on solid waste management projects in Guam, Texas, California, Nevada, Utah, Virginia and Texas.
