Florida Man Arrested for Illegal Dumping of C&D

Panama City man faces $6,000 in fines.

The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) has arrested a Panama City, Fla., man for allegedly illegally dumping construction and demolition debris, according to a report from WJHG-TV (Panama City, Fla.).

 

Edward Gross was charged with commercial litter and violations of the pollution control act for allegedly discarding and burying some 34,560 cubic feet of C&D debris on his property.

 

He faces possible $6,000 in fines.
