Lebanon, Ohio-based Fecon has announced a redesigned website it says “stresses the user experience rather than mere machinery, for both experiences land clearing contractors and those new to the business.”
The company says the new site is easily accessible from laptops or mobile devices and includes an interactive “application roadmap” designed to make it fast and easy for users to find the appropriate mulching tractor, mulching attachment, forestry attachment or accessory.
“Experienced land clearing contractors have different needs than those entering the business, and this makes it easy for both to find what they are looking for,” says Mike Kucharski, a vice president with Fecon. “Customers with a fleet of equipment working every day can quickly find information on the parts they need, or upgrades to their current equipment. Those seeking to get into mulching, whether on their own property or as a mulching contractor, have broader information needs which we also meet. The shift from machinery to the user experience is subtle, but profound, with a holistic approach.”
The redesigned site includes links to videos, Fecon Connect (which identifies parts for Fecon products) and other information on the company.
